Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents as directed by the physician and according to established protocols
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Requirements
- Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
