About the role

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Idaho’s leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently adding to our talented team of Med Techs.

Sign-on bonus of $1000 following 6 months of full-time employment.

Available shifts:

• Evening (2:00 pm–10:00 pm) Tuesday–Saturday
• Overnight (10:00 pm–6:00 am) Tuesday–Saturday
• Part-time shifts also available

You must be willing and able to work at least one weekend shift each week and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
• Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate a commitment to Touchmark’s values: excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Med tech certification valid in the state of Idaho
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills
• 18 years of age or older

Pay

Med Tech starts at $18.00 per hour.
