This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents while ensuring safe medication delivery in assisted living and memory care settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately to residents.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents in assisted living and memory care.
• Act as a leader and educator within the care team.
• Utilize computer systems (Word, Excel, and online platforms) for documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) program.
• Current, unrestricted CMA license.
• Minimum of 1 year of CMA experience in assisted living and memory care.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and computer proficiency.
