Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Medication Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Administer prescribed medications to Assisted Living residents under licensed nurse supervision, following established protocols.
• Observe residents for medication response or adverse reactions and promptly report concerns.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain up-to-date records.
• Promote resident safety and maintain organized medication supplies.
