Certified Medication Aide (CMA - FT/Evening)

About the role

Description Garden Villas of Lenexa Luxury Assisted Living Community is looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and patient Full-Time CMA's for evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration to residents as per their needs and schedules.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in ongoing training and education related to medication administration and resident care.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Medication Aide license in the state of Kansas.
• Good communication skills.
• A love and passion for working with older adults with memory challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
