Certified Medication Aide - CMA

Touchmark at Harwood Groves is looking for a Certified Med Aide to enrich lives every day by providing residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods with the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities while maintaining their dignity
• Support residents and family members with compassion and empathy
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, family members, staff, and visitors
• Commit to confidentiality and continuous learning to improve skills

Requirements

• Current North Dakota CMA license

• Desire to model Touchmark’s values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification

$1/hour shift differential for overnight positions.
