Responsibilities
- Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to the Patient Care Supervisor.
- Follows charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
- Reports medication reorder.
- Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education, and in-services as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English through both speech and writing.
- Previous patient care experience preferred.
- Current certification for Medication Aide.

Schedule
The schedule is Double Weekend (7AM-11PM).
