Harmony Cedar Rapids is looking to invest in Certified Medication Aides by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed. As a Certified Medication Aide you are the front line of the Clinical Department.

Responsibilities

• Providing our residents with the medications they need
• Performing Activities of Daily Living
• Observing changes in condition
• Ensuring a safe environment
• Maintaining education

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate
• Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training
• C.P.R. certification

Skills & experience

• One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate

Pay & schedule

• New wage scale (maximum rate reflects weekend and top shift differentials)
• 6a-2p part-time
• 2p-10p full-time
• 10p-6a full-time, part-time
• On Demand Pay available
