Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the medications they need
- Perform Activities of Daily Living
- Observe changes in resident condition
- Maintain a safe environment
- Maintain education about medication administration
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- An unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate
- Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training
- C.P.R. certification
- One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience (preferred)
