Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line of the Clinical Department
• Provide residents with medications as needed
• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Ensure a safe environment for residents
• Maintain ongoing education and competency
• Apply knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure resident comfort and safety

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate
• Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Certified Medication Aide training
• C.P.R. certification
• One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience preferred (willing to invest in the right candidate)
