Certified Medication Aide CMA

Responsibilities

Prepare, administer, report, and record medications according to the physician’s orders and established policies and procedures, and ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Newly Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) and walk-ins are always welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide, by the Department of Health.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions.
• Previous skilled nursing home experience.
