Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

About the role

We are seeking a CMA to join our team in Long-Term Care. Our residents benefit from your care every day, and we strive for excellence in everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to Patient Care Supervisor.
• Follows charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
• Reports medication reorder.
• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education, and in-services as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English through both speech and writing.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.
• CNA certificate is required.
