About the role
Riverview Healthcare Center is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to safely administer medications, support resident care, and maintain accurate documentation. This position may also work as a CNA when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and document medications
- Verify resident identity and ensure safe medication practices
- Observe residents and record vital signs
- Restock and organize medication supplies
- Document missed or declined doses
Requirements
- Active SD CNA certification (1+ year)
- 80 hours of State-approved CMA training
- Registered Medication Aide in SD
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
