Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community policies
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team
- Accurately document medication administration and resident observations
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional care
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive
Requirements
- Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for serving older adults
Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours
