Certified Medication Aide (Care Associate)

About the role

A Certified Medication Aide / Care Associate (M) provides compassionate, person-centered care, helping residents with all aspects of daily living. The position involves working closely with the team to ensure each resident's needs are met with kindness and respect, making sure they feel comfortable, valued, and at home. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Compensation starts at $21.00 up to $25.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. A $5,000.00 sign-on bonus is offered for qualifying schedules, requiring current Nurse Aide and Medication Aide certifications in the State of Virginia prior to hire with Erickson Senior Living.

Bonus Programs

• Earn an additional $6.00 per hour for schedules that include every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
• Earn an additional $4.00 per hour on top of hourly rate and shift differential for flexible float program.
