About the role

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and medication administration
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and colleagues
