Certified Medication Aide

About the role

As a CMA, you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication administration procedures to ensure that residents in our assisted-living and memory-care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
• Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate a commitment to Touchmark’s values: excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensed Certified Medication Aide in the state
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills

Pay

• $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions
• $1,000 sign-on bonus for part-time positions
• $3,500 sign-on bonus for overnight shifts
• $1/hour shift premium for overnight shifts

Schedule

• Day Shifts Available:
• 6:00am–2:30pm
• 2:00pm–10:30pm
• 4:00pm–10:30pm
• 6:00pm–10:30pm
