About the role

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
  • Aiding residents in activities of daily living
  • Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
  • Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
  • Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Administering medication to residents

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
  • Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification preferred

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Pay

Starting at $18.00/hour, Commensurate with experience, $1,500 Sign-On Bonus associated with certain positions.

Schedule

Full-Time: 8 hour shifts, weekend option available!
