Responsibilities
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of the Charge Nurse or designated supervisor
- Monitor and record vital signs, medications, and treatments as required
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or designated supervisor
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of medications, treatments, and resident care
Requirements
- Currently certified as a Medication Aide and Nurse Aide in the state of Nebraska
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
