Certified Medication Aide (72325)

About the Role

Seeking a full-time medication aide for Monday through Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM. PRN positions are also available.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to residents/patients
• Measure and record vital signs when required
• Observe patients for reactions or side effects
• Document medication administration accurately
• Maintain medication carts and supplies
• Assist residents with daily living activities if needed
• Report changes in patient condition to nurses or supervisors
• Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA procedures
• Ensure medications are stored properly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program
• Current Medication Aide certification/license (requirements vary by state)
• CPR certification may be required
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration

Schedule

Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM.
