Certified Medical Technologist/CLS - Full-Time - Night

This role involves performing clinical laboratory testing under supervision, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. The position emphasizes professionalism, continuous education, and participation in quality initiatives to maintain high standards of laboratory service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Document test results accurately and promptly.
• Analyze laboratory data using clinical knowledge.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards.
• Supervise and teach staff within the laboratory setting.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Support inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, or a related field.
• Certification such as MT(ASCP) or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of one year of laboratory experience (preferred).

Skills

• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Effective communication with healthcare team members.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Microsoft Excel, Word, Epic, and 3M (advantageous).
