About the role

Certified Medical Coder – Contract position (12+ months). Remote work; must reside in the continental United States. The role is based out of Jacksonville, FL. Responsible for assigning accurate Evaluation and Management (E&M) ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes, modifiers, and quantities from medical record documentation (paper or electronic) for encounters depending on record type.
