Certified Medical Assistant (TMS/Spravato Technician)

Responsibilities

• Administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments under physician supervision.
• Administer Spravato.
• Take patient vitals.
• Document information in the EMR system.
• Observe and document OCD provocations during treatment.
• Prepare patients for treatment and explain the TMS process.
• Prepare patients for treatment and explain the Spravato process.
• Auxiliary support to providers with clinical and administrative duties.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Experience in psychiatry, neurology, behavioral health, or a specialty medical practice is a plus.
