Responsibilities

• Monitor the new patient schedule and manage check-ins
• Track overall wait times and streamline processes
• Prepare injection supplies and route patients
• Collect relevant patient information
• Proactively assist the physician during procedures by providing necessary supplies
• Adhere to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
• Manage all medical inventory to ensure the facility is well-stocked and organized

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Minimum of two years of medical assistant experience
• Proficiency in medical software and tools
