About the role
Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of organization.

- Assists physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks.
- Schedules appointments and manages patient charts.
- Provides information to patients to help them utilize clinic services effectively.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant Certification.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum one year work experience in public contact jobs.
- Work experience in healthcare preferred.
- Current Phlebotomy certification or competency required.
- Prior experience in general surgery preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English helpful.
Qualifications
