Responsibilities Assist physicians during patient exams and proceduresRoom patients, record patient histories, vital signs, and document in the electronic health record (EHR)Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per scope of licensureEducate patients on health, medications, and follow-up careCoordinate referrals and patient care follow-upsEnsure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment Qualifications Valid and current certification for Medical AssistingCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) – accredited program with certification (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, NCMA, NAHP, AAH, ARMA or NHCA)Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferredFamiliarity with EPIC a plus!Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
