About the role
Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting the provider as necessary.
- Use our EMR system.
- Register patients.
- Verify insurance.
- Scan medical records.
- Phone patients with results and provide proper medical documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Physician’s office CMA, CCMA, or RMA is preferred.
- Great attitude and engages patients with a smile.
- Team player and problem solver; Ability to interact positively and proactively at all levels of the organization and with all physicians.
