Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) - Urology

About the role

Support daily operations in a urology clinic by providing both administrative and direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and collect medical histories
• Assist with urological procedures
• Manage documentation and coordinate patient care
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, and facilitate referrals
• Perform office procedures such as urine catheterizations, bladder scans, and suture removal
• Administer medications and assist with office-based procedures
• Process specimens
• Ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient service

Requirements

• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from a recognized body
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Relevant healthcare experience preferred
