About the role

The Spravato Medical Assistant serves as a point of contact to coordinate medical care, provides support to patients and psychiatric clinicians, and ensures quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between patients and psychiatric clinicians
  • Coordinate medical appointments and procedures
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Support the mental health experience by assisting patients with paperwork and navigating the healthcare system

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge of Spravato therapy and its administration
