About the role

We’re seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team in an outpatient setting. The role involves assisting physicians, managing patient flow, keeping the office organized, and ensuring patients leave happy.

Responsibilities

• Aid physicians with patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and manage patient flow
• Keep all rooms supplied to the needs of providers and staff
• Ensure the office is organized, efficient, and up-to-date
• Ensure patients leave with a smile

Requirements

• Nationally certified Medical Assistant
• High-energy, can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Medical Assistant program

Pay

• $20 - $25 per hour

Schedule

• Mondays: 11 AM - 7 PM
• Tuesdays: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• Wednesdays: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
• Thursdays: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
• Fridays: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• Saturdays and Sundays: As needed
