Responsibilities
- Accurately identifies patient needs
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Medical Assistant (RMA), or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) via the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or National Health Association (NHA) must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
- One year of experience preferred
