About the role

This position will be cross-trained to work as a Medical Assistant and a Patient Access Representative in a high-energy outpatient setting. We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and manage patient flow
• Keep all rooms supplied to the needs of the provider and staff
• Keep the office organized, efficient, and always on top of things
• Ensure patients leave with a smile

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (must be Nationally certified/Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program)
• A high-energy, can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet
• Excellent communication skills – you’re the friendly face our patients will see first

Pay

• Thursday/Friday: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Saturday: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Sunday: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule

• Thursday/Friday: 9:15am-7:30pm
• Saturday: 10:15am-4:00pm
• Sunday: 12:45pm-5:00pm
