Support patient care by assisting with treatments and conducting clinical assessments, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience.
Maintain accurate medical records by documenting patient histories, vital signs, and provider encounters to support clinical decision-making.
Facilitate seamless provider workflows by transcribing orders, coordinating tests, and clearly communicating follow-up instructions.
Manage clinical resources and treatment areas to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all patients.
Provide essential administrative support, from patient communication to record maintenance, to keep the department running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support patient care by assisting with treatments and conducting clinical assessments, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience.
- Maintain accurate medical records by documenting patient histories, vital signs, and provider encounters to support clinical decision-making.

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required:
- Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date OR job transfer date.
- Registered Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Registry of Medical Assistants also accepted.
- Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Medical Technologists (AMT) obtained prior to hire date OR job transfer date.
- Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained prior to hire date OR job transfer date.
- Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) obtained prior to hire date OR job transfer date.
Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
