Responsibilities
- Monitor the new patient schedule
- Manage check-ins and keep a close eye on overall wait times
- Prep injection supplies
- Route patients and collect relevant information to streamline processes
- Proactively assist the physician during procedures, providing necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
- Manage all medical inventory, ensuring that the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (required)
- Minimum of two years of medical assistant experience
- Proficiency in medical software and tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
