About the role

  • Support U.S.-based healthcare providers by managing patient communication, assisting with clinical documentation, and coordinating care activities across virtual workflows.
  • Play a key part in ensuring patients receive timely, well-coordinated care while helping providers maintain efficient daily operations.
  • Work in a fast-paced virtual environment, handling triage support, EMR documentation, and appointment coordination.
  • Apply your clinical expertise in a modern telehealth setting while contributing directly to patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical office setting.
  • Valid Medical Assistant certification/license required; Registered Nurses (RN) or MDs are highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care protocols.
  • Proven experience with patient triage, urgency assessment, and clinical decision support.
  • Hands-on experience using EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient management.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and full professional fluency in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and U.S. healthcare workflows is highly desirable.
