Certified Medical Assistant - Audiology Job Summary Supports audiologists and patients in an audiology clinic by preparing patients, assisting with testing and handling clinical and administrative tasks. Maintains equipment and supplies. Provides a welcoming, professional experience for patients. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent: Required Medical assistant or audiology clinic experience: Preferred Licenses & Certifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential: Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required Key Responsibilities Room patients and gather history and chief complaint information. Assist the audiologist with hearing tests and other diagnostic procedures. Clean, maintain and stock audiology equipment and supplies. Schedule appointments and manage patient records. Instruct patients on care of hearing devices and follow-up. Follow infection control and patient privacy requirements.
