Job Description

You will provide clinical support at our East Brunswick location, assisting doctors and patients with various tasks related to patient care management. Duties include:

• Taking and recording vital signs and EKGs.
• Preparing patients for examinations.
• Obtaining and updating patient medication lists and giving injections.
• Authorizing prescription refills as directed by physicians.
• EMR, rooming patients, and clerical work, if needed.
• Willingly traveling to other locations as needed.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant
• Proven working experience as a medical assistant
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Willing to travel to other locations as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21/hr - $30/hr. We offer a comprehensive benefit package including:
