Responsibilities

• Monitor the new patient schedule, manage check-ins, and keep a close eye on overall wait times
• Prep injection supplies, route patients, and collect relevant information to streamline processes
• Proactively assist the physician during procedures by providing necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
• Manage all medical inventory to ensure the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant
• Minimum of two years of medical assistant experience

Skills

• Proficiency in medical software and tools
• Strong organizational skills to monitor inventory and prep medical supplies
• Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with patients

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. No nights, no weekends!
