Responsibilities

• Monitor the new patient schedule
• Manage check-ins
• Keep a close eye on overall wait times
• Prep injection supplies
• Routinely route patients
• Collect relevant information to streamline processes
• Proactively assist the physician during procedures
• Provide necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
• Manage all medical inventory

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of medical assistant experience
• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Proficiency in medical software and tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
