Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. No nights, no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the new patient schedule, manage check-ins, and track overall wait times.
• Prep injection supplies and route patients.
• Collect relevant patient information to streamline processes.
• Proactively assist the physician during procedures by providing necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols.
• Manage all medical inventory to ensure the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant.
• Minimum of two years of medical assistant experience.
• Proficiency in medical software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills for monitoring inventory and prepping medical supplies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with patients.
