Responsibilities
- Monitor the new patient schedule, manage check-ins, and track overall wait times
- Prep injection supplies and route patients
- Collect relevant patient information to streamline processes
- Proactively assist the physician during procedures, providing necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
- Manage all medical inventory, ensuring the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Minimum of two years of medical assistant experience
- Proficiency in medical software and tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends.
