Responsibilities
- Monitor the new patient schedule
- Manage check-ins
- Keep a close eye on overall wait times
- Prep injection supplies
- Routinely route patients
- Collect relevant information to streamline processes
- Proactively assist the physician during procedures
- Provide necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
- Manage all medical inventory, ensuring the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of medical assistant experience
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Proficiency in medical software and tools
- Strong organizational skills
