Certified Mastectomy Fitter - The Longstreet Clinic - All About You

Work Shift/Schedule: 8-hour morning to afternoon shifts.

About the Role

Responsible for daily operations and inventory of medical products for the All About You retail shop.

Qualifications

• Mastectomy Fitter Certification (required)
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Retail experience (required)
• Wig fitting knowledge and training (preferred)
• Experience measuring and fitting compression garments (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Performs body measurements of patients to ensure proper fit of over-the-counter or custom items.
• Researches insurance policy coverage and determines covered items; communicates findings to patients.
• Maintains invoices matched with packing slips and submits them to accounts payable with appropriate accounting codes in a timely manner.
• Formulates pricing policies on merchandise to meet profitability requirements for store operations.
• Coordinates sales promotion activities, prepares merchandise displays, and creates advertising.
• Orders merchandise and prepares requisitions to replenish stock; evaluates and selects new products for sale.
• Responsible for marketing the retail shop.
• Provides customer service for patients and customers.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
