About the role
The Certified Lifeguard oversees the life guarding of the swimming pool. The role assists in enforcing the policies and procedures for the pool and hot tub areas, assists with exercise programs for the benefit of the community, and maintains the cleanliness of both areas and the pool deck.

Requirements
- Possess a current, valid lifeguard certification including completion of American Red Cross Standard First Aid training or its equivalent
- Have and maintain current and valid certifications in adult, child, and infant CPR from the American Red Cross or its equivalent
- Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
