Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide compassionate care for individuals with memory loss

Requirements
- Active CHHA certification (New Jersey required)
- 18+ years old
- Ability to communicate in English
- Team player with a compassionate approach

- Low resident-to-caregiver ratios
- Supportive, hands-on leadership
- Team-oriented environment (no agency-style chaos)
