What You'll Do
- Providing personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility)
- Preparing simple, nutritious meals in accordance with patient care plans
- Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
- Accurately documenting care using CellTrak
- Collaborating with RN Case Managers to monitor and report changes in patient conditions
What You'll Need
- Current NJ Certified Home Health Aide license in good standing
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
- Physical capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Burlington County
