About the role
Provide essential, hands-on care in clients' homes while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming
- Help clients with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care
- Monitor and report on client health and safety
- Ensure clients’ comfort and dignity in their home environment
Requirements
- Current New Jersey CHHA Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care

- Base pay: $20/hour + additional case differential based on hours per day, days per week, distance traveled, pets in the home, couples cases, and level of care required
- Earn an additional $1-$10+ per hour depending on the case
Available Shifts
- Day Shifts (Thursday-Saturday) or (Sunday-Wednesday)
- 7am-7pm (12 Hours)
- 8am-8pm (12 Hours)
- 8am-6pm (10 Hours)
- 9am-7pm (10 Hours)
- 8am-4pm (8 Hours)
- 9am-5pm (8 Hours)
- Overnight Shifts (Thursday-Saturday) or (Sunday-Wednesday)
- 7pm-7am (12 Hours)
- 8pm-8am (12 Hours)
- 9pm-9am (12 Hours)
- 8pm-6am (10 Hours)
- 9pm-7am (10 Hours)
