Remedy Home Health is now hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate, high-quality home health and senior care services throughout Los Angeles County. We offer flexible opportunities including per diem, part-time, and full-time CHHA roles designed to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities – Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support mobility and rehab activities, including transfers, ambulation, and exercises
• Maintain patient safety and dignity by monitoring and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) during home visits
• Aid in meal preparation and feeding based on patient care plans
• Offer medication reminders (no administration required)
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
• Follow individualized home health care plans under RN or therapist supervision

Qualifications – CHHA (Home Health)

• Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification (California)
• CPR certification (current and valid)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Los Angeles County
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Home health or community care experience preferred (not required)
