Responsibilities: Carry out assigned tasks on patient assignments and follow care plans.Perform delegated tasks as instructed by the RN.Bathe patients, assist with showers and partial baths as appropriate.Help patients maintain personal hygiene and assist with all aspects of activities of daily living.Report changes in patient conditions to supervising RN.
