Certified HHA & PCA – Per Diem & Flexible Shifts – Nassau County

About the role

Alvita Care is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers for per diem and ongoing cases across Nassau County and surrounding communities. Facility or home care experience preferred.

Requirements

• Valid NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable, professional, and patient‑centered
• Updated medicals/vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding to accept cases

Qualifications

• Facility or home care experience preferred
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (a plus)

Pay

$19.65–$22.00 per hour (depending on the case)
